One challenge any lab faces is producing reliable test results — test results that are accurate, repeatable, reproducible, and traceable. 

Our calibration, alignment, and speed services ensure that your testing system always produces reliable test results that meet these four benchmarks. The instrumentation we use is directly traceable and has been externally verified. 

A2LA Accreditation

ZwickRoell is accredited by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) to perform calibrations inaccordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 – General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. 

Our Services

ZwickRoell Services and Support maintains kits for all of the calibration services offered, including specialty kits for torsion, reduction in width, hardness testing, and more.  We also create customized kits to meet customer-specific needs.  Our professional technicians perform equipment verification routines at the beginning and end of each service visit to ensure your confidence in our instruments.

Reliability and competence for all your service needs

Each individual service technician has outstanding skills and is regularly trained, as proven during each and every on-site visit.  Service technicians carry personally assigned calibration equipment with customized adapters and the necessary reference sensors. To maintain A2LA accreditations, reference sensors are recalibrated at prescribed intervals.
