Fourth Batch of Materials Testing Machine Operators Successfully Graduates from ZwickRoell Academy

The fourth batch of students successfully graduated on 3 December 2020 from the ZwickRoell Academy in Chennai, India. In the year 2019/20 nine trainees completed the year-long training program and are ready for a position in a testing laboratory in India's industrial sector. The ceremony was attended virtually by employees, partners & customers from Germany, India and Singapore to honour the graduating class.

The programme’s aim is to train disadvantaged young people from the most impoverished backgrounds and provide them with the skills needed to start a career, giving them the chance of a better future.
Most graduates are already placed in Indian-based companies companies as a testing machine operator. As with their predecessors, they were trained using state-of-the-art testing machines for metals and plastics.
