The remaining sample material can be used for preliminary tests. -Test speed: 50 mm/min -Modulus measurement speed: 1 mm/min -Measurement length L0: 75 mm Perform five tests and enter the results in labXplore. The results will be available immediately. The evaluation is anonymous; you can only view your own results.

Charpy impact strength ISO 179-1 (polycarbonate 2025)

Test material: PC (polycarbonate), test specimen type A1 -You will receive a total of 1 sample set with 15 test specimens. A test series consists of 12 individual measurements. The remaining sample material can be used for preliminary tests. Sample preparation: -A parallel section measuring 80 mm (+- 2 mm) must be cut from each of the type A1 test specimens. -The test specimens must be provided with a type A notch before the test begins. Conditioning & execution: -If possible, store samples for at least 24 hours in a normal climate at (23 ± 2) °C and (50 ± 10) % RH and then test at room temperature -The test should be performed as a narrow-side impact (e). -A pendulum hammer with 4 J of energy should be used. Perform twelve tests and enter the results in labXplore. The results evaluation will then be available to you immediately. The evaluation is anonymous, and you can view your own results in comparison to other participants.

The remaining sample material can be used for preliminary tests. Conditioning & implementation: -If possible, store samples for at least 24 hours in a normal climate at (23 ± 2) °C and (50 ± 10) % RH and then test at room temperature. -Test speed: 100 mm/min -Test speed for modulus measurement: 2 mm/min -Support distance: 64 mm Perform five tests and enter the results in labXplore. The results evaluation will then be available to you immediately. The evaluation is anonymous, and you can view your own results in comparison to other participants.

The remaining sample material can be used for preliminary tests. Sample preparation: -A piece measuring at least 10 mm x 10 mm must be cut from the parallel part of each type A1 test specimen. Conditioning & execution: -If possible, store samples for at least 24 hours in a normal climate at (23 ± 2) °C and (50 ± 10) % RH -Procedure B50 with a force of 50 N and a heating rate of 50°C/h Perform five tests and enter the results in labXplore. The results evaluation will then be available to you immediately. The evaluation is anonymous, and you can view your own results in comparison to other participants.
