Services Included in Service Package S

A Service Package S service agreement includes the following services, among others:

Troubleshooting hotline in case of testing system downtime: our hotline is specifically set up to quickly and competently support you in case of testing machine or testing software malfunctions. Your hotline contact person will coordinate and organize quick and efficient shipment of spare parts and, if necessary, arrange an on-site visit by a service technician.

Extended support with service agreement: with a service agreement you have qualified and experienced service engineers at your disposal for questions regarding hardware and software, application technology or for parameterization of your testing software. You receive priority service during processing and handling a well as scheduling. Customers with a service agreement also have access to remote maintenance in case of testing system malfunctions, free of charge.

ZwickRoell customer portal: quick and easy online access to your service documents, testing systems and service appointments. After successful registration your data is easily accessible in the ZwickRoell customer portal.

With Service Package M you receive all services included in Service Package S, as well as additional benefits:

Three-year price guarantee: for periodic inspections and calibrations.

72-hour response model:

  • Priority service with shortened response time
  • Guaranteed technician availability within 72 hours
  • Prioritized deployment in case of machine errors
  • Travel expenses and labor not included

Participation in ZwickRoell Symposium included: participation in a ZwickRoell Symposium of your choice, free of charge. This included service covers the registration fee for one person and can be used once per calendar year.

With Service Package L you receive all services included in Service Package S, as well as additional benefits:

Five-year price guarantee: for periodic inspections and calibrations.

48-hour response model:

  • Priority service with shortened response time
  • Guaranteed technician availability within 48 hours
  • Prioritized deployment in case of machine errors
  • Does not include travel expenses and labor

Troubleshooting hotline in case of testing system downtime: with Service Package L we guarantee quick callback within 30 minutes after having been notified.

Extended support with service agreement: with Service Package L we guarantee quick callback within 60 minutes after having been notified.
