  • Our VisionLine offers an extensive load range from 0.3 g - 250 kg or from 3-3,000 kg for the Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Knoop, plastics testing and carbon testing methods. All methods are covered by standards ISO 6506 / ASTM E10 , ISO 6507 / ASTM E384, ASTM E92, ISO 45452, ISO 6508 / ASTM E18, DIN 51917 and ISO 2039-1.

clamping system

The new clamping system sets new standards in precision and reliability. Its innovative design guarantees stable and secure fixation of the component, minimizing exposure to excessive forces. This ensures that the component remains securely clamped throughout the entire testing process without slipping or being damaged. The constant clamping force ensures consistent test conditions and prevents the nose cone from lifting, providing optimum protection for both the component and the machine. The result: maximum measuring accuracy, reliable test results and maximum safety for the user.

Operating panel

The hardness testing machine has an operating panel that is simple, flexible, reliable and ergonomic. Depending on the machine version, the functionality of the operating panel varies in order to optimally meet the needs of the user. The operating panel enables precise and effortless positioning of components, while one hand always remains free. Operation always remains reliable and simple, regardless of the application. This sophisticated combination ensures maximum convenience, precise test results and smooth handling.

8-fold tool changer

Our new tool changer offers maximum flexibility and adaptability. It can be freely configured with different lenses and indenters. In addition, a laser, the Brinell SmartLight or up to four load extensions can be integrated according to individual customer requirements. The integrated test area lighting ensures optimum visibility even in difficult lighting conditions. Thanks to the quick-rotating tool changer, there is no need to replace tools when changing test methods, which significantly increases efficiency in everyday work. Benefit from even more flexibility when processing demanding test points, thanks to the individually adjustable mounting of the tool changer. This allows you to optimally adapt your tests to your requirements and increase the efficiency of your processes. Everything as part of a single process for fast and uncomplicated testing.

Optional load extension

Many hardness testers are designed for specific testing requirements and offer only limited customization options for future requirements. If test conditions change, an expensive new purchase is often necessary. Our hardness testing system, on the other hand, offers a clear advantage: the standard load range of 0.3-250 kg or 3-3000 kg can be flexibly extended up to 10 g, even retrospectively. This allows you to remain flexible even with changing requirements and save costs for additional machines.

Our ecos™ III hardness testing software is specially tailored to the operator's workflows and optimized for simple user guidance and high efficiency. This significantly minimizes training requirements. The test data generated during a test sequence can be individually organized by test jobs and clearly displayed and evaluated over longer periods of time. Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence, our software significantly improves image evaluation, avoiding incorrect evaluations and the need to re-measure manually. This ensures safe and reliable test results, especially for challenging surfaces.

Quick test ecos™ III Pro

For simple tasks, there is the uncomplicated “quick mode”. Simply define the required method, optionally a revaluation and find the appropriate checkpoints. The results are recorded in a clear list and can also be printed or exported.

Test points can be easily created directly on the workpiece, either via the evaluation camera, the overview camera or in panorama. Line and polygon line tools enable automatic distribution of the test points along the desired shape/geometry. Distances to component edges or other test points can be defined precisely and in accordance with standards. For even more precise planning, the test point editor is also available, which makes it easier to arrange points at exact distances from each other. The test points can also be freely positioned in the image with a simple mouse click.

Panorama function

With the panorama function of the ecos™ III software, your specimen is displayed in a high-resolution panoramic image. To do this, a modern camera system captures the surface of the specimen in individual images, which are then precisely combined to form an overall image. Based on the panoramic image, test points can be defined directly and precisely on the specimen.
