ZwickRoell offers a diverse and informative training program for beginners and advanced users. This ranges from training courses on our testXpert II or III testing software, to application training and workshops for metals, plastics, medical, hardness, impact and extrusion testing, as well as courses customized to your company's individual requirements. Group sizes are limited to provide training according to CDC COVID-19 guidelines.

Our training concept is modular and structured whether you want to visit us for an in-person course at our North American headquarters at ZwickRoell Atlanta, GA or as on-site training at your location.

Materials Testing 101 for New Users

Learning Objectives	Learn to identify the parts of a testing machine and the different instruments it uses to collect data Understand the different types and shapes of samples, and how to calculate the cross-sectional area of common samples Identify common mistakes that lead to inaccurate test results Use the graph produced by a test to identify if any problems

testXpert® II or III Basic Software Training

Learning Objectives

Learn the fundamentals of testXpert II or III Standard and Master Test Programs including layout setup, implementing new parameters, results and dialogs, and user management
Understand machine verification
Become familiar with the safety features and functions of the machine
Create a test sequence according to specific requirements
Interpret test results

Prerequisite	Familiarity with testXpert II or III features and functions

testXpert® II or III Advanced Course

Learning Objectives

Work with Master Test Programs and the advanced wizard to configure more complex test sequences
Understand advanced machine verification
Create a test sequence according to specific requirements
Generate parameters and dialogs
Manage data export and import
Work with correction curves
Integrate external devices and work with additional channels
Interpret advanced testing results

testXpert® Customer Application Day

Learning Objectives

You will have the opportunity to present your own specific testing challenges using samples from your testing lab. In consultation with our Zwick software expert, learn how to optimize testingworkflows, ensure compliance with industry requirements, and ensure reliable test results.

Introduction to ZIMT Programming Language

Learning Objectives	Learn how to customize testXpert using the ZIMT programming language and generate new test results, control structures, and dynamic layout modifications Create complex results and virtual channels Utilize simulation mode to trial test sequences and evaluate outcomes Optimize the process of setting up custom results and control loops

Introduction to the Graphical Sequence Editor

Learning Objectives	Learn how to make changes to test sequences using the Graphical Sequence Editor Create complex results and virtual channels Set up complex test sequences and control loops Practice in simulation mode of the Graphical Sequence Editor using a virtual machine

Learning Objectives	Participants will learn how to setup and complete cyclic tests using the Master Test Program.

Export Editor Short Course

Learning Objectives	Participants will learn how to setup and automate data exporting using the Export Editor. This course is particularly useful for customers operating in high volume, high throughput environments who require the capability to share test results across internal proprietary databases and software platforms. The course addresses export to such programs, but ZwickRoell requests that notice of these requirements be provided upon course registration.
