ZwickRoell honors long-serving employees
During a celebratory event, ZwickRoell honored a total of 41 employees for their many years of service. Together, the employees celebrating their anniversaries look back on an impressive 1,140 years of company history – a strong sign of the employees' connection to the company. The employees celebrating anniversaries were recognized for 25, 40, and 50 years of service.
Decades of commitment recognized
In his speech, Klaus Cierocki, CEO of ZwickRoell, praised the achievements and loyalty of the honorees: “50, 40, or 25 years of service are far more than just impressive numbers. Behind every anniversary are people who have helped shape ZwickRoell over many years, sharing their knowledge and guiding change. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our honorees for their exceptional loyalty and daily commitment.”
Giovanna Forte was recognized for her 50 years of service. Bernhard Schwendt, Wolfgang Bierer, Bernd Edel, Karin Hanak, Thomas Ott, and Martin Preisler have been with ZwickRoell for four decades. These employees celebrating their anniversaries exemplify the deep commitment and connection many have to the company. For decades, they have contributed to ZwickRoell's successful development with their expertise, experience, and dedication. In personal speeches, the management thanked the honorees for their many years of loyalty to the company and also shared a few anecdotes from their day-to-day work. The employees celebrating their anniversaries received commemorative folders with certificates, along with cash gifts.
