The Z010 from ZwickRoell is part of the AllroundLine family. With a force level of 10 kN, the Z010 is ideal for all universal tests in a smaller force range. The ZwickRoell Z010 (formerly Zwick Z010) is most commonly used for tensile tests, compression tests or flexure tests.

As part of the AllroundLine family, the used tensile tester Z020 (formerly Zwick Z020) is used for small to medium specimen elongation. The table-top testing machine Z020 is designed for quasi-static tests in tensile and compression directions, with continuous, static, pulsating or cyclic load.

Depending on the application, a used Z050 can be equipped with screw grips, pneumatic grips or hydraulic grips. A wide range of extensometers, from sensor-arm to non-contact, offers the right solution for your test requirements.

The Z050 is available in different heights and widths. The TN and THN versions are only available for models Z005, Z010 and Z020, because for tests in a higher force range, a higher and/or wider test area is required. Thus, the Z050 model with the different load frame sizes and the extra high test area, offers the best conditions for tests on materials such as rubber, for example.

The Z100 is available in different heights and widths, and as a table-top or floor-standing machine. For tests starting at 100 kN, a wider test area is required. Thus, the TN and THN versions are only available for the Z005, Z010 and Z020 models. The wider test area also makes it easier to insert and test components and larger specimens.
