A testing actuator serves as a flexible testing machine

The electromechanical servo-testing actuators can be universally used as flexible testing machines. They are ideal for tensile tests and compression tests and can be variably integrated in different test fixtures. Applications range from materials and components testing to tests performed on end products. In addition, they can be used to test production steps (e.g. joining, press-fitting and assembly) or to perform fatigue tests with large strokes.

Conveyor belt testing

The fatigue life of conveyor belts is tested using dynamic pull-out tests.

For the test, a 10 kN electromechanical servo-testing actuator was mounted on a two-column load frame.
