In testXpert III werden über die Prüfplatzverwaltung sämtliche Hardwareeinstellungen von einem Prüfaufbau abgebildet und mit den entsprechenden Prüfvorschriften verknüpft. Welche Sensorik mit welchen Einstellungen, welche Probenhalter oder Werkzeuge, welche Abstände etc. werden einmalig in einem Prüfplatz aufgenommen und bei jedem weiteren Versuch verwendet und überprüft.

Zeitsynchrone Versuchsaufzeichnung mit der Option Video Capturing Plus

Mit der testXpert III Option Video Capturing Plus wird ein Versuch zeitsynchron mit den Messwerten der Prüfmaschine aufgezeichnet. Nach dem Versuch kann per Fadenkreuz jeder Messwert ausgewählt und exakt zu diesem Messwert gehörige Bild angezeigt werden. Damit ist eine 100%ige Dokumentation des Versuchsablaufs gewährleistet und weitergehende Auswertungen im Bild/Video möglich.
