This training course is designed for operators of dynamic ZwickRoell materials testing machines, especially for beginners with little or no prior knowledge of the ZwickRoell testXpert R testing software. Following the basic course, we recommend that you participate in the optional practical application day to consolidate and deepen the information you have learned in theory.

Course content
In the basic course you will be trained on the following content over a period of 2 days:
Introduction to the fundamentals of our dynamic software solution testXpert R
- Overview of the program structure and user interface of testXpert R
- Explanation of the testing system and the system configuration builder
- Setting the controller
- Creating a test sequence
- Explanation of the test results
- Setting up and applying the user management feature
- Export of test data and envelope curves as well as the creation of a report
- Course exercises based on set examples
During the additional practical application day, you will be trained on the following content:
- Setting up the machine
- Setting up a test based on a specific example or based on the request of the participants
- Implement and reinforce the acquired theoretical knowledge in a practical application

The additional practical application day is currently only designed for servohydraulic ZwickRoell materials testing machines and electrodynamic LTM testing machines with the testXpert R testing software and corresponding torsion variations.
Duration and location of training course
The basic training course takes 2 days with an additional 3rd practical application day.
