Advanced course for testXpert II or testXpert III

This training course is designed for operators of ZwickRoell materials testing machines, in particular for advanced users with prior knowledge of our ZwickRoell testing software. Ideally, the testXpert II or testXpert III basic course has been successfully completed before taking this training course.

Following the advanced course, we recommend participation in the optional practice day to consolidate and deepen the information you have learned in theory.

  • The advanced functions and elements of the materials testing machine and control electronics in practical application
  • Understanding materials testing machine safety devices
  • Performing a standard test on a materials testing machine

Course content

In the advanced course you will be trained on the following content:

  • Review of the basics
  • Generating complex test sequences via the advanced wizard
  • Generating complex results
  • Creating parameters and dialogs
  • Advanced report creation
  • Working with correction curves
  • Using organization data
  • Integrating external devices
  • Exercises based on examples

During the additional practical application day, you will be trained on the following content:

  • Setting up and preparing the machine for a test
  • Creating a test sequence using a complex standard test in accordance with participants' requests as an example
  • Creating and saving test environments
  • Performance of tests by participants
  • Practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired

The practical examples in the advanced course are material independent and are based on Master Test Programs on a static testing machine.

Duration and location of training course

The advanced course takes 2 days with an additional 3rd practical application day.

The training course cost includes the fee for the training and all course materials, as well as lunch and refreshments daily. For your professional development and qualification, we provide you with a personal certificate that includes the scope of the training course and learning content.
